At Swan Fire we have a range of Fire Safety Training courses to every size of business and budget. Ranging from comprehensive Fire Marshall training, which includes both classroom and practical learning, to shorter refresher courses we ensure your company can fully meet their legal requirements for Fire Regulations in the Workplace.
Our Fire Marshal courses are approved by the Institution of Fire Risk Engineers for extra reassurance and are delivered by experienced professional trainers.
Fire Marshal / Warden Training
Full Training (4 hour course)
Every business, no matter its size, has a legal requirement to make sure that staff receive training and information on what to do if there’s a fire. Our fire marshal training course is a cost-effective way to train your nominated fire marshals in just four hours.
Fire Marshal Refresher
Refresher training (2.5 hours)
This two and a half hour refresher course gives existing fire marshals the chance to update their fire safety knowledge. Marshals should refresh their knowledge periodically or if anything that may affect fire risk changes at your place of work.
Fire Safety Awareness
1 Hour Training Course
You have a legal requirement to train Fire Marshals up and Implement a Fire Safety Policy to be legally compliant, so here is Swan Fire’s solution to ensuring that you are in control with minimum fuss and minimum cost.
General Fire Awareness
Containing live fire extinguisher demonstration (1.5 hours)
It makes sense for all of your staff to know what to do in a fire and how to use the various kinds of fire extinguishers effectively to stop a small fire getting out of control. This short course will make sure your wider team is aware of the main fire safety principles.
Evacuation Chair Training
2 to 2.5 hour course including practical training
If your premises are equipped with evacuation chairs to help those with impaired mobility leave the building in an emergency, it is essential that you have trained staff who can use the chairs safely and effectively.
New Student Fire Safety Talks
1 hour; 30 minute presentation followed by 30 mins Questions & Answer
This is an essential session for all Universities and Colleges to ensure all new students on campus have a basis understanding of the potential fire risks and actions to take in the event of a fire.
